事業概要/Business Overview - JACTIM

マレーシア政府の政策や考え方について理解を深める為に、政府及び経済界との対話を行っております。必要に応じて、会員の意見を集約し、政府をはじめ関係諸機関とのダイアログセッション等を通じて意見具申・政策提言活動を展開しています。

主な関係機関：Ministry of International Trade and Industry（MITI/国際貿易産業省）、Ministry of Finance, Malaysia（MOF/財務省）、Ministry of Domestic Trade, Co-operatives and Consumerism（MDTCC/国内取引・協同組合・消費者省）、Malaysian Investment Development Authority （MIDA/マレーシア投資開発庁）等。

We engage in dialogue with the Malaysian government and the business community in order to deepen understanding of government policies and perspectives. When necessary, we consolidate the views of our members and conduct opinion-sharing and policy advocacy activities through dialogue sessions with the government and other relevant organizations.

Key counterpart organizations include the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI), the Ministry of Finance (MOF), the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs (MDTCA), and the Malaysian Investment Development Authority (MIDA), among others.

7つの委員会では、JACTIM活動における様々な課題を検討しています。会員の基本的な活動として、業種部会に７つ、地域部会に４つの部会を開催しています。各部会では、講演会を開催し、会員に有益な情報を提供し、また、会員同志の自社PR及び情報交換の場となっています。

中小企業会員にとってビジネスに直接役立つ事業を実施しています。

主な活動：中小企業講座や懇談会の開催、中小企業ビジネス環境調査団の派遣、経営相談室の運営、中小企業向け就職フェア（ADTEC/高度技術訓練校）

We implement programs that directly benefit the business activities of SME members.

Main activities include: organizing SME seminars and roundtable discussions, dispatching SME business environment study missions, operating a business advisory desk, and hosting job fairs for SMEs (ADTEC / Advanced Technology Training Centre).

マレーシアの文化・社会・教育・福祉の分野で、JACTIM　FOUNDATIONを通じたマレーシアへの社会貢献活動を行っています。

主な支援先：マラヤ大学・東アジア学科日本研究プログラム、マレーシア日本国際工科院（MJIIT）、Special Olympics Sarawak（世界160か国で活躍するNGOのサラワク支部）、The Association of Science Technology and Innovation（ASTI/科学教育の普及に注力するNGO）主催「中高生向け発明コンテスト」等

We conduct social contribution activities in Malaysia through the JACTIM Foundation in the fields of culture, society, education, and welfare.

Main beneficiaries include: the Japanese Studies Programme, Department of East Asian Studies, University of Malaya; Malaysia-Japan International Institute of Technology (MJIIT); Special Olympics Sarawak (the Sarawak chapter of an NGO active in over 160 countries); and the Association of Science, Technology and Innovation (ASTI), which promotes science education, including its “Invention Contest for Secondary School Students,” among others.

 

技術系の優秀な人材確保が重要な課題となっている日系製造業の為に、就職フェア（ブース出展、キャリアトークや学生面接など）を毎年地元の大学と共催しています。

主な共催大学：マレーシア科学大学（USM）、マレーシア工科大学（UTM）、テナガ大学（UNITEN）、トゥンク・アブドュル・ラマン大学（UTAR）、マレーシア国民大学（UKM）、マラヤ大学（UM）、マルチメディア大学（UM）等

 

We co-organize an annual job fair with local universities (including booth exhibitions, career talks, and student interviews) to support Japanese manufacturing companies, for which securing highly skilled technical talent is a key challenge.

Main partner universities include: Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN), Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR), Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), University of Malaya (UM), and Multimedia University (MMU), among others.

年に１度マレーシア国内中心に投資環境比較を目的とした調査団を派遣し、調査報告にまとめています。

主な派遣先：サラワク州ビンツル、ペナン、クアンタン、ジョホール、サバ、　コタキナバル、ラブアン、トレンガヌ、パハン等

Once a year, we dispatch a study mission primarily within Malaysia to conduct comparative research on the investment environment, and compile the findings into a report.

Main destinations include Bintulu (Sarawak), Penang, Kuantan, Johor, Sabah, Kota Kinabalu, Labuan, Terengganu, Pahang, among others.

マレーシアの経済事情、政策、日系企業の動向、JACTIM事業活動等の情報を各種出版物及びEメール、そしてJACTIMホームページを通じて提供しています。

出版物：会報誌、マレーシアハンドブック、投資環境比較調査団報告書、交通事故と保険事情 、景気動向調査結果、在マレーシア日系企業アンケート結果等

We provide information on Malaysia’s economic conditions, government policies, trends in Japanese companies, and JACTIM activities through various publications, email communications, and the JACTIM website.

Publications include the newsletter, the Malaysia Handbook, Investment Environment Study Mission reports, Traffic Accidents and Insurance Conditions, business sentiment survey results, and surveys of Japanese companies in Malaysia, among others.

毎年、会員相互の親睦を深めることを目的として、「JACTIM会員親睦ゴルフ」および「JACTIM忘年会」を開催しています。また、新規駐在員向け交流会、スポーツ大会、業種別交流会、女性向け交流会など、小規模なネットワーキングイベントも随時実施しています。
