・Conduct research and analysis on corporate management and related government policies, and consolidate members’ views and recommendations.
・Conduct research and analysis on business activities related to trade and investment in Malaysia, as well as relevant government policies, and consolidate members’ views and recommendations.
・Promote trade and investment between Japan and Malaysia.
・Collect and analyze information on corporate training, the acceptance of trainees, and technology transfer.
・Maintain liaison and public relations with government agencies, relevant organizations, and the media.

セミナー、講演会、展示会等の企画及び実施

・Publish and distribute newsletters and other public relations materials.
・Plan and organize seminars, lectures, exhibitions, and other events.

中小企業向け経営相談室の運営、経営問題への対応

中小企業講座と懇談会の開催

中小企業向け就職フェアの開催

サポーティング・インダストリー振興に関する提言等中小政策企業関連でのマレーシア政府との対話（経営委員会・貿易投資委員会との連携）

・Operate an SME management consultation service and address management-related issues.
・Organize SME seminars and networking meetings.
・Hold job fairs for SMEs.
・Engage in dialogue with the Malaysian Government on SME-related policies, including proposals for the promotion of the supporting industry, in cooperation with the Management Committee and Trade & Investment Committee.

 文化交流を通じた日本・マレーシアの相互理解の促進

 マレーシア社会への貢献事業等の推進

・Promote mutual understanding between Japan and Malaysia through cultural exchange.
・Promote initiatives contributing to Malaysian society.

 収支予算案及び事業計画案の策定

 職員の採用、給与等の決定

 規約等の作成

 その他、商工会議所の運営全般に関する庶務事項

・Formulate draft budgets and business plans.
・Review membership eligibility applications.
・Determine staff recruitment and compensation.
・Develop rules and regulations.
・Handle general administrative matters related to the operation of the Chamber.
・Address government policy matters not covered by other committees.
・Host visiting delegations and missions.
・Promote membership expansion and recruitment of new corporate members.

JACTIM並びにJACTIM　FOUNDATIONに関する収入面・支出面の検討

政府からの支援金に関すること

・Address overall financial matters, including medium- and long-term issues.
・Review income and expenditure related to JACTIM and the JACTIM Foundation.
・Manage matters related to government grants and subsidies.

日系企業の企業活動に関する統計の作成及び調査の実施

その他会員の便宜に供する各種資料の作成及び配布

調査団及びミッションの派遣

・Compile statistics and conduct surveys on the activities of Japanese companies.
・Prepare and distribute various materials for the benefit of members.
・Organize and dispatch delegations and missions.
