1.Contact Centre Japanese Advisor

仕事内容 / Job Description

・We are looking for a dedicated Contact Centre Japanese Advisor to join our team on night shifts, delivering exceptional customer support to our Japanese corporate clients, travel agencies, and universities.

・This role involves assisting overseas business travellers and students with a range of needs, including flight changes and the coordination of medical care, through phone, email, and chat channels.

対象となる方 / Candidate Requirements

・JLPT certification (N1 / N2) or native-level Japanese proficiency is required (both verbal and written)

・One to two years of experience or relevant skills in the travel industry or customer service are preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

・Previous after-hours or night-shift experience is highly desirable, though not mandatory

・Demonstrate problem-solving mindset, with the ability to proactively identify and address customer needs

・Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office applications is highly desirable

・Ability to work collaboratively as a team player in a dynamic team environment

・Strong attention to detail, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and thoroughly

2.Afterhours Ticketing Consultant

仕事内容 / Job Description

  • We are looking for a dedicated Ticketing Consultant to join our team on night shifts, delivering exceptional customer support to our Japanese corporate clients, travel agencies, and universities.
  • In this role, you will oversee air ticket bookings, reissuance, refunds, and hotel reservations through phone, email, and chat, playing a key role in ensuring a seamless, efficient, and high-quality travel experience from booking to boarding.

対象となる方 / Requirements

  • A minimum of two to three years of experience in corporate or leisure ticketing
  • Previous after-hours or night-shift experience is highly desirable, though not mandatory
  • Proficiency in at least one GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) is required
  • Advice on best fare options, routes, and travel policies
  • Experience in manual ticket reissuance is considered an advantage
  • Confident in emergency ticketing support
  • Coordinate with airlines and suppliers for schedule changes or special requests
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • A solution-focused approach with demonstrated ability to resolve issues in a professional and effective manner
