仕事内容 / Job Description
- Provide nighttime customer support for Japanese companies, travel agencies, and universities, assisting overseas business travellers and students with various needs, such as flight changes or arranging medical care, via phone, email and chat.

- As most of our clients are Japanese, native-level Japanese proficiency is required.
- Candidates with experience or skills in the travel industry are preferred.
- Visa renewal is required every two years.
