Assistant General Manager/ Manager for Chemicals Division
仕事内容 / Job Description
- To carry out area of responsibilities in sales and marketing, maintain existing pools of business and establish chemical or industrial products trading business in the domestic, export, import and offshore markets.
- To implement the development and promotion of new businesses and establish a new revenue base.
- To foster and maintain good communication and relationship with suppliers, customers, oversea offices, stakeholders, and forwarders while possessing good negotiation skills.
- To support and assist Division GM and Team Leaders in management of organization, strategic planning, HR development within the division.
- To comply with Internal Regulations and Company Policies, and to observe submission of reports on a timely basis.
対象となる方 / Candidate Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Business or equivalent.
- Good academic result. 2nd Class Upper (CGPA 3.00) and above.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in chemical industry is preferable
- Strong English negotiation and communication skills
- Sufficient experience in cooperating and negotiating with suppliers, customers, and forwarders
- High commitment and responsibility in achieving assigned missions
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Working experience in export/offshore/import within chemical/plastic industries, with trading knowledge
- Reliable, able to multitask and work independently
- Ability to work under pressure and manage stress effectively
- Possess an ethical mind, a mature and confident disposition, positive attitude, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Salary will be commensurate with qualification and experience.
